This is hands down the worst Popeyes experience I have ever had. First time I ordered a spicy chicken Sandwich meal and got a... plain chicken sandwich. Second time tried the drive through, ordered a spicy chicken sandwich again, never got my meal, becauseafter waiting in line for over 15 minutes with only two cars in front of me I decided to exit the line. KFC is Across the roadmaybe they can get it right, but do not go to this Popeyes unless you enjoy being frustrated. Read more
One for making us wait for almost an hour on a drive thru(3pm -4ish pm on a Sunday).. plus forgetting even the few items that... was supposed to be in our order after waiting for this long. The gas all these cars are wasting just sitting on idle waiting fororders are so not worth it!!!! Will probably not go back to this place anymore and look for some other branch if w ware cravingfor it. I?m pretty sure this Popeyes are gonna closed down soon if this kind of bad service doesn?t change? Oh this long wait ondrive thru is not a first time! Read more
Visited twice while on vacation. It was very busy but definitely worth the 5-10 minute wait. The food proportions were... excellent. Definitely felt like we were getting a meal that matched the price. The staff was helpful and the store was clean. Read more
At 12pm this restaurant is out of sweet tea, frozen strawberry lemonade. I ordered a 3 piece tender combo & he had "to see" if... they had it. After waiting in line for 12 minutes & getting to the drive-thru window to be treated like a pest. I'll take mytime & money elsewhere from now own. Read more
Only order small homestyle baked mac and cheese. Cup 2/3 full and runny. It's hit or miss at the Popeyes in Williamsburg. Food... not fully cooked or excessive waiting for your order. Read more
Got the spicy chicken sandwich, and I can say that may replace my favorite from Chick-fil-A! The cajon fries tasted okay; i... think they had been sitting out of the fryer for a while. The service was great! Really friendly staff. Read more
Good food. Stick as close as possible to the basic menu listings. They are very busy and if you get too 'creative' with your... order you will be waiting a long time at a minimum and there is a 30% chance something will be wrong. Good people, they willmake it right, but it will take you more time, so please be patient. Not recommended to go when parents are in town or if thefootball team has a home game. Read more
Chicken was crispy, juicy and sides were fresh; everything was delicious. Not going to lie - the wait was LONG. But the staff... was very nice and courteous. I was very appreciative of their pleasant attitudes and ensuring that my order was correct. Butyes, the wait is LONG so make sure you put on your patience panties and BE NICE. The employees are hard working and don'tdeserve any negative, stank, mean, or callous attitudes. There is a lot going on they have to deal with - orders coming in fromthe drive-thru, walk-in, AND online. Trying to get food cooked correctly and keep up with the demand. Keeping their work areastidy so they don't cause an accident or get the health department breathing down their necks. Trying to get complicated orderscorrect while being distracted by customers AND coworkers. They are doing their best to get you fresh food in a timely manner.You can NOT rush fresh fried chicken or fresh baked biscuits!!! It's gonna take as long as it takes.
