Wait time for an order to go was an hour and 20 minutes. They kept telling me my order was next, but customers being seated had... their orders before me. Shrimp appetizer was cold and the shrimp didn't taste fresh. Pho was ok but the noodles were a littledry. Read more
Sadly, the amazing lemongrass flavor is missing in meats and soup base...this was their secret ingredient that used to set it... apart from other Pho restaurants. Used to walk through the door and be greeted by the inviting lemongrass cooking fragrant. Pho79 in Williamsburg was the best compared to all the places that we tasted in our travels to different parts of Asia, various USstates and even Paris(has a fairly big Vietnam community) . Lemongrass is essential to make a great pho and marinate bbq meats.Hope the owner or chef reads my review and put it back like they used to. I support you raise the price to bring back yourquality yummy tastes. We will go back next week and hope for improvement. Read more
Restaurant was clean and the 2 waiters I saw were friendly and attentive. I ordered pho, but the broth was too sweet. Also for... an order of 3 bowls of pho only one small tray of sprouts was provided. I had to ask for at least another one. Read more
