We ended up here on a Saturday afternoon. We got a nice seat quickly for our party of 8 with kids. The server did a pretty good... job but several of our food and drink items or burned, missing items, cold, or tasted poorly. The price was way too high for thequality. I do appreciate that they took money off of our bill for the burnt pizza and remade us a new one. We will probably noteat here again until things change. Read more

The atmosphere was upbeat upon our initial arrival. The bartender took our drink order as if were were bothering her (we went... to the bar while waiting on our table). I believe that our server was in training, as she was consistently accompanied byanother staff person. She was attentive and did an excellent job. She ensured that she wrote down our orders properly, refilledour drinks as they got low and checked to see if we needed anything. Two of our three meals arrived lukewarm after a lengthywait. The fries seemed to have been sitting away from a warmer. A few items on the menu were recommended by someone whofrequents this establishment. If it is up to me, we won't return. Read more

Went here because the reviews were good. Nice looking place, menu sounded good but that was all we got. We were seated quickly... as it was 2:00 in the afternoon and not that busy. 28 minutes later we had still not been approached by anyone. There were waitstaff all over the place, one was sitting on a booth 2 down from us rolling silverware in napkins. A manager looking man clearedoff a table near us , said not one word as he walked by. The table behind us hollered at a passing server to get their serverbecause they wanted refills. She filled their drinks, asked the table next to them if they needed anything and then ignored usas she walked by. Now I understand if a server is busy or behind but if the rest of the staff that is chatting at the bar andcould care less of helping that server out or even just coming by the table and letting us know, that just poor customerservice. I've gone to Paul's twice now, and it's such an interesting place. First of all the vibe and the atmosphere is off the charts. ... It's such an AWESOME place to eat. The service is also fantastic, and the food portions are insane. However the food is not 5star worthy. At least not the 2 dishes I've had. The 1st time I went to Paul's I had the Chicken Alfredo and it was very goodbut not great. Again HUUUUGE portion. Then the 2nd time I went to Paul's I had the Filet Mignon Kabob. It came withvegetables, pita bread, rice, and tzatziki sauce. The Pita bread and tzatziki sauce was fantastic. The vegetables were notgood at all, and didn't feel very cooked, like the vegetables on a kabob should be. The rice was very average, as well as themeat. Read more

Wonderful experience, great service, tasty food and good prices ?. We ordered the Mozzarella sticks (6) ? great appetizer! The... house salad was delicious; Chilly Cheese Fries were like none we have tried before! The burgers were made to our liking andserved promptly! Good amounts of lettuce and tomatoes, Mayo and ketchup served on the side? the Server was great, polite andvery helpful!
