We went here tonight for Hornsby spirit night. Owner was the only one working and he was so friendly and attentive even though... it was busy and he was likely overwhelmed from being the only person working tonight. At the time of our visit (Late on a Friday) there were THREE nondairy flavors and I couldn?t have been happier. The toppings... were separated in little 2oz containers if they were prone to go stale (Mochi, graham crackers) or were an allergen (nuts,etc.) Had 4 pour over liquid toppings, caramel, chocolate sauce, marshmallow and magic shell ???? I hesitate to speak ill of businesses in my town but I haven?t been able to stop thinking about this since I visited the store... on July 6 to Take my nephew and his fiancé out for some ice cream for his birthday. I won?t be back. The price tag was $33.49for 3 bowls of ice cream with toppings. Yes, they fairly loaded up where mine was less than average, but that is outrageous.There is nothing special or tasty about the product and the toppings were all store-bought - nothing exciting. The 3 frozenyogurts I had were tasteless. While we were eating, one of the attendants helped herself to a bowl with toppings and I waswondering what she paid for hers. Firstly she should?ve have done that with people in the store. If the store is struggling I?mguessing it?s the price. People simply cannot afford to spend that kind of money. Very impressed by this location. Beyond the cleanliness, I received such wonderful customer service. It truly was outstanding... when you consider that in the span of about three minutes, I was welcomed to the store, offered a sample, had the rewardsprogram explained to me, and offered a table on the patio. You don't know what you want, then ask Larissa for a suggestion. Once you pick your flavor ofyogurt, then there is a wide variety of toppings that you can add to it. We had a great experience! The owner was the one in the shop, and he was SO welcoming and friendly!! I got the dairy free oat... milk froyo, and it was AMAZING! All of the toppings are packaged separately to prevent cross-contamination and keep everyonesafe. We will most definitely be returning whenever we are in the area! Read more
