Foods okay but the drive thru workers are rude. And forget it if you want something after 7pm m-t.
Rude and hostile workers that can't get a simple order right, better off at the Wendy's beside it or driving to another KFC.

I wish there was another KFC close by, this is the absolute worst fast food restaurant in the area. Just ordered 8 piece family... meal with mashed potatoes, get home and there's no gravy. Here's the kicker this is not the first time this has happened hereand without the gravy the mashed potatoes are bland trash so I don't even know why I bother to come here anymore. Read more

Please explain to me this franchise owner or management You have 2 signs on your front door. One says lobby is open till 7pm... and another that says due to maintenance issues lobby is closed Mind you this is on Thursday April 21 at 5pm Secondly I usedrive thru and you have 5-6 employees working and only 1 car in drive thru (me) and only one working was lady at drive thrucounter and no one else As I pulled away those same employees are sitting down chit chatting like no one gives a dam. Ordered four pieces of chicken at the counter and stood there for 15 to 20 minutes looking at the chicken in the warmer while... customers after me ordered more and less then I did and they were getting served while I just stood there. And let's not forgetI had to use the bathroom and the floor was soaking wet because somebody without cleaning the bathroom properly first and thenspraying it down with a water hose, only used the water hose leaving feces running down the toilet and probably all over thefloor with all the urine.
