The absolute worse KFC location ever. Moe the manager. Wow. How rude and unprofessional can a manger be? One employee came... around the counter to threaten me. Contacting corporate. Ordered and they turned off their fryers at 9:10pm when they close at10. I?ve given them every opportunity to make this restaurant ok to order from and once again had to call for a refund. So at9:10pm they will not cook any chicken or chicken tenders when they are still open for an hour. Then when you ask why, anemployee comes from behind the counter to intimidate you. This particular KFC located in Williamsburg, Va was nicest one I had been too! They were busy but fast and efficient even though... we were informed they were short of staff. Everyone was polite and the place was really clean. Bonus here is they have a trafficlight as you exit the parking lot making it very easy to get in and out of on a busy road. Read more
We went at around 8:00pm. Sat in the drive through forever. No one ever served us. Drove to the window and the guy inside just... looked at us. Turns out they closed at 8:00pm. No big deal though, it's KFC. Read more
The chicken was not seasoned at all I was soooo disappointed because when I had it 30 days ago it was pretty good. So good I... paid the manager a compliment. But this it was terrible they are not consistent. Read more
Chicken was fresh and delicious. Cole slaw had the right taste and was fresh. Biscuit was somewhat puckish. A lot of the tables... were dirty and the trash in restroom was overflowing. Read more

My daughter and I stopped by this KFC after her practice on Wednesday, June 15th, 2022. It had just been renovated, and it... looks GREAT inside. Very spacious, and looks very cool. Also the AC was pumping which is to be appreciated in the Summertime. The people working here are always very cool and friendly. It's a lively bunch that seem to enjoy each other'scompany. I got the Chicken Sandwich, combo meal and it was so good. The only problem was their Mountain Dew Sweet Lightning(which I've come to love) was out of order. Read more
