This was my first time EVER eating at a Jersey Mike's. I had a coupon so I looked into them before going. I downloaded the... app just so I had some idea what they had and saw that I could get rewards. I didn't order on the app because I wanted to seehow it worked and to be sure to get exactly what we wanted on the sandwiches. First, I thought it was strange when I justordered the sandwiches and was told to go pay without finding out if I wanted any extras on the sandwiches. (Then beingconcerned they were going to make the sandwiches without me having imput, I forgot about the coupon or rewards or anything. )Then they let me tell them what to put on one sandwich but they made the other "in the back" without any input from me. And thesandwich THEY consider cold can't be warmed at all. I saw no mustard option. When I got home I remembered the coupon too latebut saw that I could put the receipt on the app, but when I tried it said it was either ineligible or already linked to anaccount. That's when I realized that my receipt says "duplicate" which makes me wonder if they are linking receipts to anaccount of their choice for free food. And also I believe they charged me too much for one of the sandwiches. When I submitted acomplaint online into the company they had a place for a picture of the receipt but the button for attaching the file didn'twork. This whole thing was a disaster. And they acted like we should know everything about them and the way they do things eventhough they had to have realized quite early on that we didn't know their system. And if they wanted you to pay first why dothey have you order, go forward, then back up again to tell about what you want on the sandwich. The sandwiches were OK, notwonderful. The bread was the only thing that was very good. If they would just trade bread with Subway, I would be happierwith Subway. Read more
