This is the worst Cold Stone I have ever been in. 6 people total in here, could not take care of the 2 people who were here... before us. Messed up our order and the $10 stakes taste like flavored milk. I even asked for less milk and they would notlisten. Horrible experience! Read more

This brand should not be associated with this franchise location. The owner was beyond rude. Have not and will not spend my... money there again as long as this one is owned by the same person. And this is coming from someone who loves the Coldstonebrand. Save yourself the frustration and go to the ice cream shops in Newtown. Read more

When you have 15 minutes left in your time to close and can't take anymore orders, thats no problem but when you scream were... closed as soon as the door opens you're obviously emplying under skilled teenagers with no customer service. The type servicefor a ice cream shop isn't high however this rude young lady massively undercut it, sorry you have to work till 9:30 10:00 ifyou do not want to work with a good attitude you should be unemployed. First let me start by stating whatever managers that should be working need to give these 3 young ladies a Big Raise! $9 and... lower isn?t the standard for girls to be working without support from a leader. They should be given the managing positionbecause they did a amazing job considering how busy it stayed while we were there waiting and ate our Ice cream! Please rewardand keep staff like this! It is Sad this is my favorite place and I cannot get good service lately. The ices team is great but the leadership don?t know... how to mange it. I ordered 2 of the biggest sizes of a certain flavor of ice cream with the same topping yellow cake, after oneof the owners or manager started preparing it she said?oh, I?m sorry I don?t have more yellow cake?. I wonder why she didn?tlet me know This ahead of time so I would have chose something else or just not order at all. She then asked me if she couldput something else and I said no that?s the only topping I like of the ones you have available. I told her perhaps you shouldhave enough topping of the yellow cake available for the customers when they come so when they order its already thereavailable; not frozen and unable to get it. She proceeded to blame the employees for not doing that. She said that she had todo everything every time or he didn?t get done. ? I cannot believe how unprofessional this is. If this is true then they needtraining, retraining, or something else ; which I let her know by the way. This is just exhausting ; to get no service or poorservice and then get an excuse for not giving good service like it should be. Sometimes small business owners wonder why theirbusiness sometimes fails and is because customer service and little details like this that could make that day of somebody else;that you guys don?t provide.
