I spent almost $30 at this place. Went thru the drive thru on 7/1/22. I ordered a beef n cheddar combo because I love the red... ranch on the sandwich. When I paid, the worker asked if I wanted any sauce and I requested a side of red ranch. When shehanded me the bag, she threw in the arbys sauce packs. I said umm can I please have a side of red ranch that comes on thesandwiches. These packages are not red ranch, huge difference in taste. She scoffs at me along with a huge eye roll!!! Thisis what she hands me back as a side of red ranch in the plastic container. Must be a teaspoon or less. I don?t care if I haveto pay if the policy has changed, but what a rude employee. Does she not know that consumers pays her wages? I don?t expectbeing treated so rudely when I spend hard earned money at establishment?s like Arbys or anywhere else. Worst Arby's experience I've had, location was out of roast beef.... That's 50% of the menu and embarrassing for a place that... uses "we have the meats" as it's catch phrase. Still placed an order for turkey sandwiches ordered 4. Went to fill my drinks andall the machines were out of order, was told to use the machine at the establishment next door.... Got my order and left, downthe road 5 mins and realized one sandwich was missing, returned to the counter and the server got rude with me like it was myfault they forgot one of my sandwiches. And the final kicker was when we tried our sodas they tasted like dirty water, and wereundrinkable. Really hope management looks this over as this location is attached to a large truck stop. I stop at the Arby's every couple of weeks. In addition to slow service, nearly always they are out of Arby's sauce in the... dispenser. In my last 4 trips to this Arby's, they had the sauce in the dispenser once. Everything, I complain and nothing isdone about it. One can't eat an Arby's roast beef sandwich without Arby's sauce. On this trip, I was given 12 packets of thesauce because they won't keep the sauce in the dispenser. Tearing open 12 packets is time consuming and wasteful of resources. As a long time Arby's fan I've never had a problem I love in fact Ruben sandwich so much I could eat every day at least two... until I came up on this particular Arby's late at night. It's in the truck stop in Williams California that is part of a Love'struck stop and have been in multiple times after midnight waited 10 or more minutes for the people to come from behind the backonly to get my order 20 minutes later ice cold and wrong. I've been in Arby's customer for almost 59 years. All your mega starreviews for daylight reviews anything at night was three or less mostly one. I walk in the Love's of three in the morning andthey treat me like God I walk in the Arby's I have to wake someone up. I started in retail and became an entertainer and guesswhat the customer has to want to come back. Had a Turkey and Swiss with crinkle cut fries. Food was good. Iced tea was spoiled. I told them about it and they brewed more.... But that tasted like coffee. I really don't like coffee. I gave up, dumped it and left. This happens when you brew coffee andtea with the same equipment. The acid from the coffee leaches into plastic then back into anything else. The girl that took our order was super nice&friendly????,our order was made fast????
