This is consistently the WORST Taco Bell I have ever been to. They will look you in the eye, read back your order to you and... STILL manage to get it wrong. Not to mention that an average wait time in the drive through is probably 10- 15 minutes if notmore. If you ever want a simple order to be messed up, this is the place to go. Read more

Check out person was great, very friendly and helpful. But got 3 tacos that were crushed, absolutely no way to eat them without... just scooping them into my mouth. Food assembly person should be fired and made to eat their own food. Read more
Food was good....but we were missing order item when checked afterwards, also service was little slacky
Just went thru the drive thru... took 30 minutes to get my food. I ordered two 12 piece meals that came with a 1/2 gallon of... soda each. The lady at the window handed me my food and charged my card. Driving home the bag with all of the side dishedripped open and a whole large side of macaroni and cheese dumped into my cup holder. Came here 7-10-22 and they were out of all sodas, ice, and Taco Bell items. There was a long wait as well although I didn?t... really mind. The staff was friendly and helpful and working quickly. This manager needs to get fired, this is a ridiculous wayto run a store. Read more
We went for a quick dinner after visiting the Grand Canyon. We ordered 4 plain chicken sandwiches and there was no one else... in the drive thru lane and we had to wait at least 10 minutes. We took our order back to our hotel and we're starving andopened our dinner, only to find all were original sandwiches. I ate about half cause I was hungry, but for the exorbitantprice, and since it's a vacation town, you'd think they'd be sure to get the orders correct. Read more
I usually leave reviews on great places. But the service here was awful! The lady taking my order seemed very confused about the... computer system. I ordered a deluxe box, clearly priced $6.99 on the board. She said it is $7.99, so I still want it, I saidyes, for $6.99. 2 'managers' had to come up front. She was very condescending. There, I took a dollar off for you. What? No,you just made a price adjustment to match the advertised price. Yikes! Thus place needs some help! Read more
