We ordered at the station, we ordered appetizers of cheese bread sticks and 10 wings. The bread sticks came with no marinara... sauce, the wings "which was the best" after we ordered and paid, they told us it was only half a pound.. the menu says wings of10 or 24 clearly (half a pound is mostlybreading...)... the pizza honestly was terrible. It tasted as the tomatoe sauce washeated up before the topping were put on. You would take a bite and the toppings were luke warm but the sauce was burning hot.My family are not knew to Williams and we come here often, but I will tell everyone I know to stay away from this fakepizzeria... The pictures are of the menu as of 9/10/22, it clearly states the wings options... The wings in the picture are theextra wings they made us pay for and are clearly boneless... We tried the to eat here today , VERY RUDE , and VERY LAZY GIRL WORKING!!! We waited 18 minutes before we asked if we can get... our own drinks and she said she will do it when she is ready!!! She was making pizza dripping sweat off her face over the food, at one point I saw her pick her wedgie with the same hand she was making pizza with ?. NO GLOVES!!!! Needless to say we leftand called the local health department!!! Horrible service experience ever!!! The food and setting were good, the attitude and service was mediocre. We walked in and there was one guy sitting eating a... sandwich. We didn?t know if we should sit down or order so we walked to the counter. The person behind the counter instantlysaid it will be 30 minutes for food. In a manner as if they were trying to sway us from eating there. I said that was fine andshe starred at us. I grabbed a few menus and we sat down to look at them. We went up and placed our order and she gave us 4 cupsand no beer. 15 minutes after sitting down I went up and asked for my beer and finally got it. Food took about 20 minutes, notan issue for pizza. It was good. I got the meat lovers, wife got a veggie pizza and daughter got pepperoni. My other daughtergot a sandwich that she loved and my son got the spaghetti and meatballs. This was our 2nd visit to this place. The first time was 5 stars (food, service, atmosphere, it hit all the marks). Loved it. ... So we came back and this time not so much at all loving it. It missed all the marks. I'm not going to bash on the place andthings that definately fell short. So for us next time we are up in town (escaping the heat from phx area) we will venture outto different place(s). If you need to have GLUTEN-FREE they have the crust option for you. We are not afraid to come back andunderstand sometimes a busy place just has its not so perfect days. I'd give a 3.5 star if I could. Read more
Our last camping trip in Williams we found ourselves walking the shops for a day, was a good time. On our last day as we left... we decided to get food for the road from the Pizza Factory. We were glad we did, the pizza was great, the crust was slightlycrisp on the bottom, a little chewy, perfect for my taste. The sauce was really good, the topping were fresh, you got a lot offlavor in each bite, they did not skimp on the toppings. I also had a meatball sand which, I did order light sauce due to ridingin the truck, the meatballs carried enough flavor to make up for my request for light sauce, the sauce was good, the roll wascrunchy on the out side, but not hard. We all tried the online ordering, did not work and had to call in, our friends orderended up going through so they had two orders in. The owner was there and took care of them and made it right. Our entire campcrew agreed we will be back, the food was great, the service was even better and price was right. Read more
