Excellent service. This location has both KFC and Taco Bell. Good stop between Vegas and GC!
Waited over a half hour in the drive thru before I could even pay, then another 5-10minutes after that. Came for Taco Bell but... was informed they were out of every basic ingredient besides beans and steak, so decided on KFC instead. The food is always goodquality but it's a bit of a bummer waiting that long on top of not getting what you came for. I've had to wait a minimum of20-30min every single time I've visited no matter what I order. Don't come here if you're in a hurry, but if you have time . Onthe upside the management is great and will usually fix any mistakes and the food is great, hence the 3 stars. Read more
Waited 30 minutes for food. I ordered 2 12 piece dinners. They came with a 1/2 gallon of soda each. The lids weren't secure so... they leaked all over. My biscuits were squished on top of the chicken. The bag with the 6 side dishes broke open because thebag with the gravy in it was full of soda. When that bag soaked thru and soaked the big paper which broke open and dumped itscontents. The Mac and cheese landed in my cup holder. I went back today and spoke to the manager who replaced the meal. Everything was better. Read more
Food was pretty good, but original recipe needed to be cooked a little longer. Was like frozen chicken thrown into oil. Wait... wasn?t too bad for us, but was extensive for many. Many employees, but disorganization and out of a lot of items. Manager wasn?tleading at all and the cashier in front couldn?t keep up with the flow of customers. Read more

Wanted a chicken sandwich ????. But was going through at 8 am.. They opened at 10 am. Do the survey off of the receipt and get... a buy one get one chicken sandwich ????.. Dined in. . Fast service . . Just that the tables were not clean. . About 5 min in the lady came to clean tables so looks like... they clean up after all. . Drive through line was super long. . Gd thing we ate in. Read more
Let me start by saying how this is a fast food chain & they have absolutely everything out of stock! They didn't have any soda... & no sides. The young manager was so rude & mad because we asked for a water cup & drink. It was such a bad experience. And itwasn't just me. We were in a group of 15 people, and we all had the same bad experiences. From now on, it will be our lastresort to come to KFC. The elder ladies were so sweet & deserve to get treated better by the rude young manager. Please don'twaste your time here. Read more
