Stopped by after a hike and enjoyed a couple empanadas, favorite was the ham and cheese. Loved that there were a couple tables... outside so we could stop with my dog. Read more

Great coffee drinks, perfect shots. The empanadas are fantastic. Make sure to get some chimichurri sauce to go with... them. Workers/owners are cool folks, too. Always reading interesting stuff. Read more

What a wonderful surprise! This place has a great vibe and a very friendly staff. Unlike a lot of coffee shops this has an... almost anti-boujee feel to it. Coffee and other drinks are made with quality ingredients. Baked goods are pretty good. The hamand cheese empanadas smothered in the homemade chimichurri are absolutely delicious. Don't sleep on this place! Recommended Read more

The store & staff are charming just like the town. They have typical coffee options they do well, but we really enjoyed their... unique (or signature or whatever) mochas/lattes/etc. Usually I don't like stuff like that, but these were fun, bold, and nottoo sweet. I had the Mexican Coffee and it was amazing - legit spicy and JUST sweet enough. Wife had a Dulce De Leche, whichwas sweeter but didn't overpower the coffee flavor. Also the empanadas were awesome, like they were made in a French bakery orsomething. I can't figure out if this place is a chain, there are a few other "Nomad" shops, but regardless, it feels veryunique, novel, and welcoming. Read more

This is a hidden gem that I definitely didn't expect to find in a small out-of-the-way town. Very good third wave coffee roasted... in house - worthy of any upscale quality establishment in Seattle proper. Also, amazing tamales. So good we had to order asecond round. Read more

Nomad PNW is a warm, cozy and comfortable empanada and coffee house with available merchandise such as shirts, sweatshirts and... simple syrups. Nomad offers three standard kinds of empanadas: Chorizo and egg, ham and cheese and spinach and cheese. They alsooffer a few different speciality coffees: Dule de Leche, bear proof with honey, butter and coconut. As well as some seasonalofferings like a turkey, mashed potatoes and stuffing empanada to be served with an iced Mocha with marionberry and mintfoam. Pricing is fair with the price of a single empanada being ~$3, two for $5, half dozen for $15 or a dozen for $30. Coffeeis better than Starbucks and at a fair price. A 16 oz specialty coffee was ~$5 and would purchase again. Nomad PNW does offerWiFi for paying customers and has open charging ports on the East wall below the large Nomad sign. If you have any questionsplease feel free to post and ask. We will do our best to assist you. Read more

Nomad PNW is a great addition to Wilkeson and its surrounding area - with a short drive from Buckley. The coffee is fantastic... along with the atmosphere which the owners have worked hard to curate through a consistent look and feel. I had a plain lattewith a Horchata Doughnut which was made fresh in-house. I also picked up a hat which matched the style of the establishment. Iwill definitely be back - a ton. Read more
