Very clean nice restaurant. Tough place to get in and out of.

Had the worst customer service experience of my life there this evening. Got the loaded fries, everything was COLD. I simply... asked for a salad in exchange. Not one but two members of management were awful. From stating I could not speak an owner orcustomer service, even stating if I called it would be directed back to him, and he felt it was handled. Don?t eat here unless you want to be over charged for something you already been charged for. I paid to get chicken fingers... dipped in teriyaki sauce which is an extra fee that I gladly paid but they left many bare spots on the chicken fingers. I askedfor an extra sauce to cover those spots Katie the one who claim she made them and said she did them correct argues with me (whois a manager) and would not give me the GM number and said they were to busy to deal with it right now. I want my money back andan apology from Katie for for attitude. Bad customer service all around. Read more

I think Zaxby's has one of the better chicken salads. I really do not like the fried onions but it's easy enough to ask them not... to include it. I always get the grilled chicken. Read more

What a delightful experience. First time ordering the Signature Sandwich, and I was completely blown away by how HUGE and... DELICIOUS it was. Better than advertised. Perfectly cooked and seasoned with the spicy sauce, probably the best fried chickensandwich I've ever had from anywhere, at any price point, period. Drive through staff was super nice and friendly, too. We'll beback next time we go to visit our kids at App State for sure. Read more

Drive thru was very quick and the food was hot and fresh. Easy entry and exit at a stop light. Staff was friendly.

Ask if your local Zaxbys will grill the chicken tenders. We?ve checked with other locations and not all locations will do this.... Luckily ours will. They are so good. Their grilled tenders are better than the other chicken place by far!!!! Read more
