I have eaten there 4 times now. Trying my best to support this welcomed restaurant to our community. I absolutely love spaghetti... and meatballs, breadsticks, and salad and theirs never disappoints. My wife did order lasagna once and it was over cooked butstill edible and we live too far to return it for a replacement but I am certain they would have given us one. Maybe not OliveGarden, but this is fast food so to me it?s wonderful. Read more
About 10 of us all together had lunch from Fazoli's today. Everyone at my workplace absolutely loved their food. Thank you to... Cheyenne A. for assembling our food separately with our names on separate bags. Also a huge thank you to Kayla L. for being sucha curtious and friendly manager. Very pleased with the progress they have made. I wasn't sure if I was ever going to go back, as I was highly shocked to see how... the manager treated and talked to her employees. I gave it another shot && I can definitely say that I will most certainly be areturning customer. Kayla was extremely professional && very courteous to make our visit feel as if we were more than welcome tobe there. Everyone had a smile on their face & seemed to be enjoying life on the job. So happy to have this new and awesome restaurant here. Great Italian food and the best bread sticks I've ever eaten. I've had... the lasagna, spaghetti, fettuccine alfredo, ravioli, and pepperoni pizza. It was all great! They also have a great lunch specialthat was just enough food and was priced just right. Can't wait to go back. Update: wow what a difference a few weeks makes!Very unimpressed tonight with the food and staff tonight. All 4 of us could hardly eat our food. Very understaffed, dirtydishes piled high in the trash. Employees are supposed to clean your table after you're finished but they waited until peoplecleaned up their own dishes before telling them they would've done it. The cashier was polite so that's the only reason it's nota 1 star. Very sad, I wanted this restaurant to continue to be great. Read more
