GO AT SUNSET!!! The view is stunning. The standout item is the mashed potatoes ???? We've been here many times and it's always... been GREAT. It was very good this time as well. The seafood cakes special were quite special. The clam chowder was reallygood. We ordered the tomahawk steak, but they were out ???? The salmon was substantial and done absolutely correctly. Thefilet mignon was good. The stuffed mahi mahi was "very, very favorful with an excellent shellfish topping. The risotto was verycreamy and full of vegetables". The fried seafood combo was "lightly breaded and done to perfection". Cocktails wererefreshing, margarita was "quite tasty". Keylime pie dessert was lucious. Burger was good, buffalo shrimp pizza was delicious and drinks were decent too I got a beer so I could not judge my wife is... picky and she said they were alright. The scene is amazing it's a small pier, with live music and everyone having a damn goodtime so that is why me and family wi be back. Service was awesome too didn't wait much for anything and always asked us how wewere doing. Read more
We went to the Wharf to celebrate my mother in law’s birthday. While her jersey family had been there a million times, I had... not. Saturday afternoon, beautiful day out, we got a table on the deck and I headed straight to the bar. As soon as I walked upthe bartender shook my hand, asked my name and said “Ian, what are you drinking.” First impression A+. The frozen margaritaI got was great. Later on we ordered some appetizers and they too were A+. The Bay Fries are amazing and the Philly egg rollsare the very best that I have had. Our table also ordered the fish tacos which looked amazing and I was told they weregreat. On top of the great food and great service the band playing was great too. We sat inside for a weekday dinner. There was a band playing at the outside bar and dining area, which was nice and wasn't too... loud. We had a group of six and everyone seemed to enjoy their appetizers and meals. Overall a good dining experience at thebeach. Next time I might try the outdoor area for a more fun and casual time.
