Service was a bit slow, it was labor day weekend, however. Hash browns had unmistakable taste of dehydrated potatoes and were... completely unseasonably or not seasoned to the point of being noticed...scrapple was inedible due to liver aftertaste. (I KNOWscrapple, this was just not what I would ever expect) I have never not gotten through a piece of scrapple until today. Ourtable was directly in line with the air conditioning duct, there was not a draft but wind... enough to blow a napkin . Whilerecommended by a local, I'll try other places before returning. The hostess who greeted us was the best part of our experience. We ordered a chorizo omelet. We got a pepperoni and Motz cheese... omelet. Our hostess seemed overwhelmed and also seemed to forget she had us. Our corner table. 44 buck ticket that wasn?t worthit. I wish we went ANYWHERE else. I rarely complain but come on. Do better. I went to Wildwood for a few days back in September and I came across this diner when looking for a place for breakfast. This... place has the most outstanding service I have ever had. Everyone is so warm and friendly that you don't feel like a tourist. Igot the special which was the pumpkin pancakes....Best pancakes EVER!!! The next day I went back for the ricotta pancakes andthey were as equally great. This place is phenomenal. I wish I wasn't three hours away....I would go everyday!!! Read more
Had breakfast there. Nice family owned. They also have a section of summer toys, etc. The food wasn't bad, I've had better. The... menu needs updating as the owner told me it was an old menu and to just add a dollar to everything. That put me off a bit. Read more
