Great sandwiches, a little overpriced (but that's kind of expected on Passyunk Ave), I like how they give you the option of... either an unseeded or seeded roll. They charge a 4% surcharge if you use a credit card (which I found a little odd), so bringcash! Read more
Had lunch there this afternoon. My boyfriend and I split a meatball sandwich and a roast pork sandwich Italian style - both were... delicious! We chose the seeded roll for both. The pork was seasoned well, sliced thin, and was very juicy with lots of broccolirabe, red peppers and provolone. To my delight, the sauce for the meatball was not sweet at all! Other than the main dishes, thefries were salty and crispy, the restaurant was clean, the owners/employees were extremely nice and service was fast! Also, theyhave a self service pickle/pepper bar.
