I just ordered a mocha. Tried it, didn't have any chocolate on ot. I went through the drive through and the young skinny girl with corn rows was on her phone talking about her personal drama like... I wasn't even there. Totally inappropriate and unprofessional. Also at one point a few months ago, I was going there every dayand ordering the exact same thing every time. One day instead of ringing me up for my usual grande size they rang me up for aventi. Initially I was confused about the price difference in just one day but the cashier lied and said they rang me up for agrande but gave me "extra". The ticket on the cup rang up as Venti like I thought but I didn't want to be confrontational so Ijust left. She literally told me the price had gone up in a day smh but it didn't.
