Went to Napolinos for the first and likely last time Wednesday, August 24, 2022. The hostess sat us immediately, the atmosphere... was festive, and we were excited seeing some of the meals being served. Our excitement slowly dwindled as we sat and waited forour waitress. Our drink orders (waters and diet coke with a splash of lemonade) took nearly 30 minutes. The soda was flat - nocarbonation. I ordered MANICOTTI AL FORNO (Includes soup or house salad.) Description: Cheese filled manicotti baked with housetomato sauce topped with mozzarella my husband ordered PARMIGIANA (Includes soup or house salad.) Pounded and breaded chickenbreast topped with tomato sauce and melted mozzarella We both opted for soup - PASTA E FAGIOLI The Pasta E Fagioli - noflavor, very little pasta and even less beans. I took a couple spoonfuls and gave it to my husband - who agreed it wasn't goodbut was starving because it took nearly an hour to be served to watered down soup. We received bread and olive oil when thewaitress picked up out soup cups. When my Manicotti finally arrived, I was so hungry I was hoping it would be good...but it wasmediocre at best. The shells had very little ricotta cheese and too much mozzarella - the sauce tasted like it was poured out ofa bottle or can. The pictures aren't pretty - the food was a total disappointment. First visit last night and I was delightful. Arrived at 5pm and it was already busy with several large parties. In spite of... this drinks were served promptly and we were not rushed. My veal francase was delicious with a generous serving. Caesar saladwas crisp with the requested anchovies. There were 5 of us and all of the meals were delicious. Read more
Joey was the best waiter ever. The food was excellent. Tea needed sugar. The place was nice and clean.
Wonderful dining experience for lunch. Ambiance is very pleasant. Food was outstanding. My husband had "the best pizza" while... I enjoyed the special of spinach-ricotta cheese ravioli with mushrooms in a delicious sauce plus a cup of soup. The staff wasvery knowledgeable on both the food menu and the wine list.
