Ordered in the the drive thru, get home and food was the was not what was on the tag, I ordered a dbl whopper and received a... single, the bagger check was correct, but they failed to make the right food.. The so called beef was as dry as a piece ofleather, and tasted like it as well. They did end up providing a refund, but took them a week to refund in cash.. I'll be awhilebefore I attempt bk again.. Blown Away by the $6 Deal with the Rodeo Double Burger with Onion Rings in it, it also came with Chicken Fries, Awesome. The... Fries were Hot, which is hard to believe via a Drive Thru. First Time in a Long Time, I?ve enjoy a BK Lunch. Read more

I'm not sure the name of the guy but he was definitely a manager. Had strawberry blonde hair and glasses. This guy was extremely... rude. Acted like he didn't want to be there or I was an inconvenience to him by asking for some sauce. And the sauce he providedwas severely spoiled. Food came out fine and fresh but this guy just wasn't professional at all. Read more
I have come here several times during the lunch rush and today, 6/28/22, was the longest I've had to wait in line. We all know... there are employee shortages and those that are working have to deal with call-outs, which is the case today I'm sure,nonetheless, I'd like to give some praise! While I can see people being mouthy and complaining about the wait there was only 1window open. The lady that would normally just pass out the food was also taking payments. I could tell she was having a bad dayand possibly stressed about the increased workload but she still kept smile as she took payment and handed me my food. The orderwas right and fresh! Be kind and courteous to those working in the service industry! They are not there to listen to you gripeand complain about an issue they already know about. Unless you are sitting in a dark room completely cut off from the realworld you should know what's going on so have some compassion for those serving you! They're doing the best they can with theresources they have. Read more
Not happy at all. Bathrooms weren't very clean, staff was not friendly at all. Food wasn't good either .... we were seen... walking in and the girl on duty walked the other way to avoid us. After she finally took our order we got our drinks and waited.She slung the bag at my husband and seemed to give attitude when asked for marinara. We had cheese sticks so I thought thatwould come with them anyways. As we ate our cold food we watched other people be "greeted" in the same fashion by someone wholooked like a manager. Everyone working here look depressed and on their last leg. Just stay home next time. Read more
