First time trying this place. I?ve been asked to compare it to Whataburger and as a Texan I cannot betray my Whataburger but u... go admit that I like it as much as Whataburger. The burger I got was the Charburger and added avocado. I loved that the burgeralready included GRILLED onions!! I?m not a great fan of the raw onions but grilled onions??!? You bet! The staff was friendly taking our order and notified us that their soda fountain was malfunctioning so they gave us free water... sized cups and told us to use at our own risk. The dining area and restrooms inside this location were clean and comfortableduring this visit. Read more

I order The Habit every weekend for my mom and I on The Habit app. Today they left out my burger and all our sides of ranch, and... my last two orders before that, they left out my mom's salad and our sides of ranch. The store doesn?t take phone calls, so Idrove there, and they told me it was the driver's fault because he didn?t grab both bags, but I asked her where the other bagwas if the driver ?forgot it? and it turned out that the restaurant is the one who forgot to put it out AGAIN! I'm very disappointed with my recent experience at this location and I usually have a no complaints. After the employee gave us... our order we discovered it was wrong at the counter and they attempted to correct it. My shake had been sitting out the entiretime so it was pretty soft. After getting home and checking our food we noticed one of the burgers was not well done,2 weremissing the avocado we paid for, and my beef patty was so tiny and was not the double I had ordered. I got a char burger with cheese, no mayo, a cookies & cream shake, and I shared my wife's onion rings. They forgot to hold the... mayo, so I had to ask them to try again. Best. Habit. Ever....The Habit is one of my favorite restaurants. I've tried many locations and this one is been the best, by... far. Food was ready tremendously fast , and was amazing.
