This is my favorite Starbucks of all time, nice environment and I go here everyday and the employees are always so sweet to me... and have my drink ready when I walk in, & write super sweet notes on the lids of my drinks!<3 The employees are super friendlyand deserve lots! I?d firstly like to state I typically do not write reviews, but this calls for it. If I could give this place 0 stars ? I... would. My husband and I are not only coffee connoisseurs, but are loyal and go to Starbucks EVERY DAY. We all know these drinksaren?t cheap nor reasonable. THAT?S A LOT OF MONEY?.feel my frustration here? We have been to MANY locations from Texas,Arkansas, Oklahoma, Arizona, New Mexico, and of course California. We have come to this certain location many times because it?sconvenient and close to us. Every time we come here there seems to be an issue it seems. The staff is very unfriendly and seemto lack a sense of urgency. Our orders majority of the time are not what we order and we PAY for every little add on. Thislocation needs improvement. It seems like there is a dark cloud hanging over this place. It?s dull and they don?t seem to beattentive because of the constant incorrect orders. The attitudes here are not the best either. This location needs to do betterand be better for customers and especially with how expensive it is. We will NOT be back. Read more
2nd time in a row now, I?ve been ordering the same drink for years so I don?t know what?s happening. To me a ?splash? of cream... is a SPLASH?this is watered down iced milk. I taste zero coffee, and considering I order an Americano it should taste likecoffee. And this was even me asking them to remake it with LIGHT cream. It?s easier to add more cream then to take some out. Starbucks is going down hill?I gave them a second chance (technically a 3rd by having them remake it) so I?m done. I?m notpicky and never ask for things to get redone but I?m paying this much for coffee, it should be done right. Read more
Lack of professionalism here. Everytime I go here, there's always an issue with my order. My orders are simple and straight off... their menu. Never make it complicated for them, but they still manage to mess it up. This time around they didn't put theraspberries in the Very Berry Hibiscus nor did they notify me ahead of time that they ran out. Very disappointed. Read more
I love starbucks coffee, and I'm a very frequent customer. I never really have a bad experience there at all. But my visit on... December 2nd,2022 I made a mistake and ordered my mobile order to the wrong restaurant,which wasn't close to where I was atall.i was extremely embarrassed but one of the employees there by the name Mac was extremely helpful and went out of her way tomake my drinks even tho it was getting really busy really fast and one of the drinks was very custom. But she made it perfectand made it seem like it was no big deal.which I appreciate her kindness and professionalism. Only if every employee everywherehad this kind of customer service skills.
