So i went through the drive Tru and i asked for 25 count of glazed munchkins and a strawberry frosted donut. Paid $5.99 for the... munchkin and almost $2 for the strawberry donut. Had to turn around because they gave me 13 munchkins . When i questioned themi received the worst customer service The lady that attended me said i have nothing to do for you. This is how they come boxed.I said if i paid for 25 why did i get just 13? She then gave me another excuse with attitude and said its because of thesize.... so i say to her what does size have to do withe the count? if i pd for 25 i should receive 25, she then says to me iheard you i understand English... no one ever said she didn't. She then got louder with me and said i was givingher attitude. At this point i wentin side the store and the same Hispanic lady started giving me attitude. I asked to speak to themanager...no manager. I think this could have been handled better. All i was asking for was what i paid for and all i receivedin return was attitude...its a shame that she is Hispanic like i am, because in my family we treat everyone with respect. Thanks for the paper in my sandwich that you made wrong to begin with. I ordered a regular bacon egg cheese on a plain bagel and... this is what I got??? And to think I actually was considerate and tipped well. That wont happen again. This locations gettingworse by the week. Shut it down or train your staff. Update: dont waste your money coming here after noon. The only shift thatcan get anything right or tasting halfway like a coffee is the morning crew. I work right across the street at a salon from this Dunkin, so I frequently go to this one. But for the past few months they?ve... been giving me cold sandwiches, and water down iced coffee. A lot of my clients have had the same experience as well. You tellthe girl it?s wrong and she?ll come up with an excuse as of why it?s like that. Even when they take the drink back to remake itstill comes back wrong. One of my clients had ordered an iced coffee and they gave her a frozen coffee, the workers remade itand gave her another frozen coffee telling her the ice was just smaller. This Dunkin used to be so good, now it?s a complete hit or miss depending on who you get working there. This morning I ordered a... couple breakfast sandwiches and a French vanilla swirl coffee. The eggs on my sandwich were practically half cold and my coffeewas definitely a normal French vanilla, not a swirl. I swear this happens half the time I order there. Read more
In short, love Dunkin' but this location sucks. This is my closest location, so I frequently come here if I am in a rush, but if... I can I always attempt to go to another location. I don't know if the staff here is not trained properly, or just lazy, but theyconsistently get orders wrong, forget food, or just serve cold items. They also NEVER have enough Donuts - if you show up herewithin 2 hours of closing time there is a good chance they have already thrown away the Donuts for the day. Rarely writereviews, but after placing a mobile order this morning and the employees here forgot 4 items within the order I felt I should atleast attempt to deter others from coming to this location. At this point, I am not sure its "forgetting" as much as it is theyjust don't want to make the items and hope you drive away without checking. Read more
