No customer service on the phone. Just hang up on you. Don?t order from website unless you have the slice app bc they just... cancel your order and don?t notify you so their website is useless. Read more
Place has a good atmosphere. Staff was friendly, and the drink prices are great. Food was meh, only because the Egg Roll(s)... were still frozen in the middle. It's not hard to cook them to be, not frozen. So, I would come back for the drinks, and morethan likely not for the food. Read more
Ordered online, through their website, which apparently is a 3rd party. After an hour I went to pick up. There was no food for... me. Apparently the 3rd party was supposed to call me and tell me they were out of meatballs - never happened. Naturally I askfor a refund. Bartender tells me they?ll take off the two pasta dinners - crediting $18 toward my next visit. I paid $50 and gotno food. I said no, I need a full refund. After about 15 mins of her calling her boss back and forth (and dealing with anotherorder on the phone that was wrong somehow) the bartender tells me I will get a refund through the third party. I ask for somekind of reassurance - a voided receipt, something. At this point my bank account is showing the charge went through and i haveno email or anything showing it was voided, reversed, etc. She goes back and forth with the boss again. Said I have to gothrough the third party. Asked how i do that and neither she or the cook/delivery driver knew. I didn?t even know i was using athird party. And no one in the restaurant knows how to navigate it i guess. After about half an hour of being physically in therestaurant, getting no food, and getting no evidence of a refund, it seems the best I can get is a slip of paper with the boss?sname and number on it. Pizza wasn't cooked all the way. Chicken wings look like they were fished out of the trash. Even if the food was better, the... portion size is awfully small for the price. I can't believe its this bad. Buyer beware! Read more
Tried here twice. First time was told 45-50 minutes arrived after 50 minutes but still had to wait for over an hour after... getting there (yes 2 hours for 2 pizzas). Ordered 2 large pizzas, received one large and one tiny pizza(see pic). Triedcalling them right away when I got home but of course they wouldn't answer. 2nd time they didn't give us complete order. Triedcalling as soon as I got home they answered and said will call you right back, no call and tried calling back with no answer.Guythat cashes you out isn't the greatest to deal with either. He should check and make sure he's giving you the complete orderbefore he rushes you off. It's a shame because their food is good just need to work on getting their act together. With bettermanagement I bet they could do much better. Undecided at this point if I will give them another try. Read more

Friendly and attentive staff as well as one of the good chef's from Little Italy shall await you to jointhem. The pasta is amazing as the sauce dances off your taste buds. Place was completely dead and the owners girl friend? Was rude. Came here for the pizza since it looks so good in photos... ... DON'T do it. I was very disappointed, no flavor, and doughy threw away the leftovers. Read more
