Reviews for Arby's in Wickenburg, AZ
Only four stars because they were out of mozzarella sticks. But the jalapeno poppers were huge and tasted great. Lots of meat... that's for sure in the sandwiches. Tasted great and the Carmel cinnamon shake was perfect. Being able to get gas choose betweentwo fast food joints and shop at a very stocked mini Mart is awfully convenient. Read more
Arby's is one of my favorite fast food spots I'm a big fan of the double roast beef sandwich I love to add Arby and horsey... sauce. I usually just get the sandwiches but sometimes I get the curly fries but you're also very good. The staff at thislocation is always friendly and helpful. Read more
Excellent service from a very friendly woman who I missed the name of. She was so very kind and patient, even taking the time to... be personable since no one else was in line. People like her are who make it worth stopping in and make all the difference in amemorable stop and a forgettable one. As a side note, the restaurant itself is in an Exxon and has the nicest interior designI've seen of any Arby's. There is a drive-thru and is open on weeknights until 10 PM. Read more
The new prime rib mushroom soup sandwich. OMG so disgusting. Started dripping out of the nasty tasting bread. I had to grap a... plate. This has to be the worst thing on the menu. 2 bites and it went in the trash. Read more
Great service and food. Great location and clean inside.
Friendly staff, efficient, the lobby needs attention some tables were dirty and sticky.
I?m local to Wickenburg and I may eat at this Arbys maybe once or twice a month. While the staff is friendly and accommodating... for the most part the issue I have with this facility is management. I say management because they are pinching pennies here inthe form of providing any form of sauce. Prior to the Covid nonsense this Arbys was like every other Arbys. Plenty of sauce tosauce up your food to your delight. Of course we all noticed most, If not all fast food restaraunt resort to the single servepackets during Covid, which was fine. I?ve visited a number of other Arbys over the last 3 or 4 months down in the Phoenixvalley and noticed they are all going back to the sauce station where you can help yourself. Yet this Arbys refuses to bringback the sauce station. I?ve spoken to management at the time of my visits several times over the last few months but I?m toldthat the owners have made a decision to continue to hand out the single serve packets of sauce and not return to the ?helpyourself? sauce! I take umbrage with this on two accounts. 1) The meals are expensive enough as it is, why shouldn?t I be ableto help myself to as much of the variety of sauces as I want. 2) Why continue to feed the environment with endless single servepackets. On my last visit over a month ago I spoke with the manager on duty at the time and expressed that I was unhappy aboutthe fact that I had to keep using these single serve packets and he said he?d relay it to upper management. I can see that?sdone no good! Star rating is not reflective of staff but rather management. Read more
Arby's is always a good place for a quick bite. Unfortunately, as they are praising each other for getting through a minor... rush.... their sandwich making quality doesn't deserve praise. Half the bun had meat, the other half of the meat? Well thedouble meat beef and cheddar was all over the foil wrap. They were in such a hurry that most of my food needed a fork as it wasNOT on the bun, nor did it just slide off. Read more
