Next time how bout the guy at ur driveway window have some respect some customer service and at least put a smile on pulled up... guy said on intercom what do you want not hi or hello then I hand him a 20. He cant hand me the bills first then the change hejust crumbles it all up and drops my change on ground and closes window the he crumbles up my food hands it to me n throws mydrinks at me closes window cant evan say have a nice night I was the only car there no need for the disrespect. Food was fine but the eating area did not feel or look very clean.
I wrote a very positive Review about a month or 2 ago but i dont seeit here. Wanted to say, food was great and we both got... exactly what we ordered the first time! Going to send someone back there now, tonite, and trust I get the same result. If not, Iwill be posting again. I would say you should definitely give them a chance. Was hesitant to stop at this Wendy's with some of the other reviews. It's attached to a travel center/gas station, so figured... I'd give it a stop. Biggie Bag was as good as any other Wendy's. Cashier was fun and kind, which was nice at 3 AM. The otherreviews are cause for caution, but certainly not a norm here. Read more
Tons of employees on duty. ALL attention given to drive thru custo mers, while 1st, only 1 customer (my husband), stood waiting... to order. 10 minutes went by. 1 more customer walked up, indoors. 5 more minutes went by. A 3rd person came in. By this time, myhusband and waiting truckdriver had introduced themselves and made casual conversation as the employees steadily ignored theirpresence. I was outside parked near drive thru lane and could see inside and the drive thru. There were NO cars initially indrive thru. 1 came, then a 2nd after about 5 minutes. After 20 minutes, my husband comes out with only a frosty. (Nopeppermint, BTW, as advertised & was the main reason we chose Wendy's tonight). My husband said they JUST took his order, almost25 minutes into him standing waiting to order, in a NON-BUSY Wendy's. More employees, than customers, inside and out. So heordered us burgers and fries with special instructions. Mayo only on one. Plain and dry for our child. He was given 2 bags. 1bag had 1 order of fresh made fries and 2 burgers, not fresh made, with all sauces and veggies. The other bag was a stale Dave'sdouble combo burger and fries, that had been sitting off to the side. The fries and burger cold. Made with all thecondiments. My husband looked in the bags, counted 3 burgers and 2 fries. He could feel the closest bags warm fries and assumedafter ther crazy wait, all was fresh and in order. So we went home and were sorely disappointed by EVERYTHING, except the 1order of fresh fries. All 3 burgers were cold and stale, soggy from condiments. And the 2nd order of fries, stone cold,stiff...disgusting. Our dog didn't even want any part of the stale, cold food they gave us. We all shared the 1 order of hotfries and tossed the rest of the food. The employee that handed out the awful food, KNEW, because they did NOT give us thereceipt so we would have a survey code to follow with a transaction number.
