We've been fairly loyal customers of the Subway on Taft Blvd for quite sometime. For the second time in a roll, we've been... charged extra for our sandwiches. Both times we ordered the Chicken, Bacon, Ranch sandwich. Both times our receipt showedextra charges for BACON! We called them on it this time, so they verbally said the extra was for getting grilled chicken insteadof rotisserie chicken! Sandwiches are good but it's the principle of being charge for what is suppose to come on the sandwich! We will NOT return to this Subway. Might try a different one but ask about extra charges for what comes on the sandwich !???? Read more
Had the bacon Turkey ranch sandwich. Not impressed with the "Turkey ". Instead of sliced meat it was cubed and not very... Turkey flavored. Had to remind the employee that it needed ranch dressing to be complete . Read more
Very clean and updated restaurant. Not very busy, which was great for us but probably not great for them. Was just past lunch... time, so that's probably why. Relatively close to the university. Workers were very polite and helpful, friendly. Bathroom wasclean and well maintained. Food prep area was clean and well organized. Ordered a chopped salad and it was very good, made justthe way I requested. Would recommend, was one of the nicer/cleaner Subways I've eaten at. Read more
I love Subway, and i usually have a pleasant experience. While the food was still good, this time, the fact that i had to reheat... it since i waited 15 minutes after the sub was already finished bothered me enough to write this. I don't know if this is apolicy issue or not, but 2 employees were working tonight, but Jenn could cash me out. that's fine, no problem. But Jenn, who ihope was a manager, started 7 other orders while i was already finished. When she started the third order, i asked the man whomade my sub if she was aware i needed to be cashed out. he had told her immediately after he had finished mine. Four subs later,he has to remind her that i am finished, and when she finally, after Fifteen Minutes, comes to me, no "I'm sorry for your wait",or any kind of customer service whatsoever. I've been a manager at fast food restaurants before and that's not acceptable for aregular employee. I'm glad my sub was still fine, but unfortunately, it seems customer satisfaction was not on the mind tonightat all. Read more
The lady with the eyebrow piercing is RUDE. Probably would be best to train her on giving better guest service. ???????? Also,... acting like it was an inconvenience that I told her she forgot to put ranch on my bacon, chicken, ranch sandwich, and asked if Icould get some ranch is ridiculous.
