Went there today and the staff was rude. They failed to add points to our card and then yelled at us for not understanding that... there was nothing management could do. Referred to my wife as "people like you". Screamed a sarcastic "have a nice day" at usand our kids as we left. Way to treat a customer. Would love to hear from the franchisee. This was absolutely the most horrendous experience I?ve ever had at a subway. The staff were incredibly rude when I had placed... an online order and they had not received it and refused to even look at the screenshots and the app showing that the order hasbeen placed. Read more

I had a business trip in Wichita Falls and decided to stop somewhere familiar. This is by far the best Subway I?ve been to in a... long while and they STILL have honey mustard on the menu (my favorite). The establishment is clean and staff were friendly andpatient. The associate that was working that day was amazing. She was friendly interacted with us was very efficient & was just awesome.... I wish I had gotten her name but she did say she had been there for a while & she was making 3 sandwiches for & for being byherself she was good.
