I have been coming to this location for almost 3 years and today was the first time i had done a order through the app and i was... able to pick a time that best fit my scheduel and when i got there my order was ready in a timely manner. I ordered a medium order of onion rings and got 5 that were 1 bite per onion ring. This was the sonic on Kemp. I reported it to... the upper management of Sonic. I haven't been so disappointed with any sonic like this before. I even ask if it was a mediumsize. For $3.00 you would think you would get better food. There onion rings use to be at least 2 bites per ring. Will not goback. Onion rings are the cheapest item you can ever fix. Shame on you. I tried to call and no one would answer. Way to go KempSonic. Went to sonic around 9pm pushed the button to order and employee could barely hear me over the music in the background had to... repeat myself 5 times (not mad about them playing music, could care less but don?t make it so loud you can?t hear someone?sorder) ordered 3 blasts then waited over 10 minutes then an employee came out with food and a drink and asked if I had a mediumcherry limeade I said no I had 3 blasts. Waited a few minutes then saw on my screen my order was being prepared, so I thoughtmaybe they just put my order in so okay cool. Put my card in to pay and it charged for a 4 and some change charge, which isn?tthe price of 3 blasts. I push the button again and tell them I?ve been waiting for a while, and that the order on my screenisn?t mine, they asked me what I ordered I told them and they said okay and that they would get it on my screen so I could paywith my card. Waited 5 minutes and saw other cars who arrived after me get their orders. I eventually just gave up and droveoff. When I arrived there were 3 cars total, when I left there were 6. I would be more understanding if they were super busy,but they weren?t. Worst experience and service I have ever received. First bad review I have ever written because I hate peoplewho complain about everything under the sun, but this isn?t the first time me or my friends and family have had unpleasantexperiences there. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I was the only car in the parking lot took them 20 minutes to get my order out.... It was two items a large red bowl/what should I got correct and then a medium mozzarella with two marinara. I got a smallmozzarella with zero marinara sauces. Even though I verified with them that it would be to marinara. And they were just talkinginside not making my order I was literally on my lunch which is a time I only have 30 minutes for my lunch so I got back latebecause they took 20 minutes Read more

Speakers were loud. Poor customer service and didn't get the food right 3 times in a row. The workers are too busy smoking in... the back and have poor attire (wearing spandex, loose hair, etc). This isn't a good sonic and I do not recommend it. Read more

This place is horrible. I have had two bad experiences here. One night I didn't get my shake at all I was there a hour. Nobody... came and talked to me nobody addressed the situation. Then another time I ordered in the app. I pulled into 1 stall didn't likethe way the sun was shining in my face. So I moved to another stall and the lady came out and said I'm not taking your order. Ialready ordered in the app. I called customer support and I still haven't gotten my money back. Customer support said it's mybanks fault. I have never had any other problems with other restaurants fixing problems. I told support your going to loose acustomer over this they didn't care. I basically feel like sonic has stole my money.
