I ordered a large supreme pizza and 2 liter orange soda. He didn?t clarify that it wasn?t a 2 liter and that it was actually a... 12 ounce. Customer service is terrible. They hung up on me, I tried to call back n they acted like my address didn?t exist. My friend... ordered a pizza and had it delivered to the same address half an hour prior to me trying to order. I called the first time andthey said they were ?connecting me to someone else? after I told them the address and then they hung up. Have never had a complaint. And the one time I got delivered and charged for a pizza that I didn't even order. I did order a... pizza and sides but the sides that I got an appetizers were all right but my extra large pizza was wrong and the sticker on itwasn't even the right order. So when I told the delivery driver before he left that it was the wrong pizza and you know try tofigure out with him what we can do. Because my order was like $60 LOL. But the delivery driver ended up being really cool aboutit. he ended up giving me that extra large pizza went back to the Papa John's after calling them and having them make mine. We live in the Lincoln Heights apartments while my husband finishes up tech school at Sheppard. There was a coupon left on our... door so we decided to give it a try. PapaJohn at Shepherd Access Rd seems better than prev yrs IMO. For 10yrs I used them cuz they were so close. Even after yrs of... burning the crust I kept eating their pizza due to their proximity & by drizzling the crust & toppings in ranch dressing &eating with a fork.
