Customer service is terrible. They hung up on me, I tried to call back n they acted like my address didn?t exist. My friend... ordered a pizza and had it delivered to the same address half an hour prior to me trying to order. PapaJohn at Shepherd Access Rd seems better than prev yrs IMO. For 10yrs I used them cuz they were so close. Even after yrs of... burning the crust I kept eating their pizza due to their proximity & by drizzling the crust & toppings in ranch dressing &eating with a fork.
