We went there today for some peanut butter ice cream, but it was super nasty. We told the lady behind the register. She went to... the back for her manager to try, came back and said ?yeah it?s bad?. She turned the sign around and said there was nothing elseshe could do. We didn?t get a new ice cream and we also didn?t get our money back. The people after us also got peanut butterice cream and she sold it to them even though she knew that the ice cream was bad!! Worst experience ever. Read more

Used to be good, quality has gone way down. I'm dairy and gluten intolerant so it's nice that they have sorbets that are absent... of those allergens. Went in today and the pineapple sorbet tasted spoiled, I told the worker and she said that she couldn'ttaste anything. Most of the other flavors were basically water, 2/10 wouldn't recommend. Was very disappointed. Came to pick up online order. Arrived at 9:05. It is now 9:22 and order still not started. When I came in... employee was sweeping. Only 1 employee and building is standing room only. Poor kid. He is doing a great job based on what he isdealing with! Read more

Absolutely love this place. They offer a dairy free option which is so difficult for us to find.

Thanks to a recommendation via Facebook, I decided to go the new Menchie's Frozen Yogurt that opened up in Parker Square. ... Granted that the layout and design is geared towards children, they serve quality frozen yogurt that is good for the body,especially during the massive hear we've been getting. I went to Menchie?s during the week! The staff was nice and the yogurt was tasty! Hopefully they interchange the flavors... biweekly! This is my new go to yogurt shop after orange leaf closed down! There are a LOT of toppings, so many, but I do wishthey had more fruit options. Saying that there are so many options for toppings it?s hard to choose from haha! It can get alittle crowed when trying to decide what yogurt you want just because the yogurt is blocked a little by the check out( since thecheck out line is a big circle in the middle). They also have frozen yogurt cakes! For the yogurt It?s 55¢ an ounce, we gotthree yogurts all filled about more than half and it was around 18$! You won?t be disappointed so go give it a try!
