As an adult, I only come here for the kids. That being said, the food is OK as long as you are talking about quarter pounders.... Their "normal" burgers have such tiny, dry patties that it's almost like they aren't there. The kids favor the ChickenMcNuggets. There are two special tables that the kids love. One has a touch screen and some simple art games built into it. Theother one, which is there favorite, has touch reactive multicolored LED lights built into it. After years of one dollar any sizedrink being a thing, the drink prices have scaled up to more closely match the competition. The app often has a deal to take abit of the edge off of paying real food prices for this stuff. If I'm being honest, I would rather go to just about any otherburger place in town instead, but sadly, I like to give my kids what they want occasionally. lol Read more
If you don't have a disgruntled, appreciative teenager at home, and you're feeling emty-nester sadness, let me tell you this is... the McDonald's for you. I have never seen a group of kids that is so rude, and absolutely refuses to say "Thank You". The youngwoman that waited on us in the drive-way, refused to reply when I thanked her twice. Friendly and fast service. We haven?t had any trouble. Been to this McDonald?s at least 2 does times now.
Slow lousy customer service. Last two times. I?ve gone through there drive thru the cashiers collecting payment are slow and so... rude. The girl there today before lunch, uh I had to bite my tongue to keep from saying something to her. Such a bitter and rudeattitude. I requested to speak to the manager Ericka and she rudely told me to drive up and never came out to speak to me. It's McDonald's. We always order through the app for points and deals. It's a pain to park and order but it's a lot cheaper,... and having the car side option helps quite a bit. We found out if you order from your car in the parking lot through the app,and then walk inside, you get your food faster than car side so that's a bonus. Definitely use the app to order for deals andpoints. Read more
Breakfast food is good. Lunch menu is lacking unfortunately. Other stores have a good lunch but the 1's in this city aren't that... great. Read more
One word summation, LAZY. I drove clear accross town (8 miles) to pick up an order for Uber Eats and arrived at 11:45 on... 07/27/22 and store was already closed. There was a sign on door that said they would be closing early on the next day 07/28/22,but the employee i spoke qith said they closed at 11pm and pointed at the sign! Not only did my client not get their order whichwas placed around 11:30pm but i wasted the gas to drive over there! Extremely dissappointed and unsatisfied. Read more
