I ordered with the app. Pulled up and the parking lot was totally full. Cars in the street. I pulled into curbside and... changed my order. The girl next to me said she'd been there 20 minutes. I had an appointment in 25 minutes. I walked into thelobby, it was packed. Went to my car and waited until I had to go to my appointment. Let without my food. I saw Carl's Jrhad no one in drive thru. I stopped, got a sandwich and was gone in 4 minutes. Made my appointment in time. Read more

Man this McDonald?s used to be the best in my opinion food was great fast and friendly now the night crew is not well trained... burgers that have the taste of grill cleaner not a dirty grill but someone didn?t clean it right dude at the window has NOcustomer skills just basically throws the food at you says absolutely nothing pay for double qp only to get a single. I get itsfast food and they aren?t the greatest jobs and customers can be rude as hell. I used to work food service for years but I tookpride in any job regardless of the pay. They need to slow down taking peoples orders and make sure they put in the right thing i ordered 2 bacon egg and cheese biscuits... and got home and had one bacon egg mcgriddle but they had even repeated the 2 bacon egg biscuits back to me wasnt happy at all Read more
Went to get food, got my daughter a happy meal with a sprite. When we got the sprite, it was light brown so I asked for a fanta... instead. They took my drink & receipt & came back with another sprite saying they were unable to exchange drinks, but no reasonwhy. The service at this McDonalds has just been declining. Read more
Burgers were sloppy, fries were barely warm. They gave us 2 napkins between 4 sandwiches. I asked for more and lady at window... rolled her eyes and acted like it was such a bother to get a few more napkins. Read more
