I've used the drive-through most of the time, im not a fan of cheese on my burgers. Multiple times, I've had to have my burger... remade due to there being cheese even though I stated no cheese when ordering. Poor service. We were going to dine in, but the staff ignored us for nearly 10 minutes. We asked one of the cooks if there was... anyone that could take our order, and someone from around the corner told us to go to the drive through.. why even offer dine inthen? We love Jack in the Box. And this location was clean, easy in and out. Very friendly staff. I traveled an hour and a half to... get there. And it was totally worth it... whenever we visit Wichita, we will stopping by. And their food, was amazing. Read more
Jack in the Box in general is a 10/10 for me, and since I no longer live near one, it's a special treat. Thus, I'm easy to... please! We ate at this location 3 times while vacationing in the area (I'm not normally a chain eater while on vacay unless it'ssomething I can't get at home). Consistently, the food and service were great, with one, tiny, kinda funny exception. The was alady there (hard worker; she was there each of the three times we went and they weren't the same shift, and GORGEOUS with thesewild curls and Betty Davis eyes) who just flat out acted like the avocado ranch came out of her paycheck. Or was lethal. Ordidn't actually exist. I would ask for it in place of the regular ranch, and she would say okay... Then give me regular. Firsttime, I thought it was an accident. Second time I checked and went back inside to grab some. Third time we were in the drivethrough and I didn't want to fuss, plus at that point it was just kinda funny. I know it's a small thing... But it was weird anda little sad bc I get to eat it so rarely and wanted to just binge and enjoy it. But oh well. To the beautiful keeper of theavocado ranch, it's okay. This was probably the worst experience I've ever had at a Jack in the Box. Two of the employees loudly fighting almost the... entire time I was there. Normally I wouldn't care about this but the the noise and distraction is probably why my order wasmessed up and was definitely why I didn't want to order more as I didn't want to be there any longer then I had to be. Thatbeing said it's still Jack in the Box and you can't really screw up curly fries and a bacon double even if they didn't get itplain. Read more
Ordered a sourdough jack combo #3 w curly fries and a shake . Cashier was counting down drawer and apologized which was fine .... Took a few extra mins . When leaving I opened the sandwich. Had no tomato one piece of cheese and was not right . Went insideand Patrick didn?t want to refund me . If I had more time to waste I would consider waiting another 15 mins . Then said he couldonly refund me for the sandwich . I ordered meal and it was song so I had to go to Taco Bell . He finally refunded w a attitude. He said it ain?t his fault . He is a employee .. so it?s your job to offer service . Avoid this place ! Read more
This particular Jack in the box is ran on a ghost crew even sometimes not having tacos available when they're famous for their... tacos. Also dining room is a lot to be desired for and soda machine looks dirty. Read more
