Came here for breakfast and was taken to a table by Carlton. Upon seating there, we waited approximately 10 minutes waiting to... be served. A young waitress in the section we were seated at stared at my table two times and ignoring us. A small family walkedin 8 minutes later and this same waitress proceedes to serve them with drinks and taking orders.. We did not so much have anydrinks served to us and only 5 staredowns from this waitress.. This is not acceptable customer service as this does not followtheir policy of customer first satisfaction. One sentence from the owner statement from Google says " Guests are cared for likefamily". Are you sure about that?? Felt like I was treated more like an in-law or step child in today's visit. My delivery was made through bite squad. Great service and fast delivery. They have access to Sheppard AFB. I ordered the... meatloaf with 3 sides (bacon Mac n cheese, steak fries, and mash potatoes with brown gravy) the meatloaf was good but I think Iwould have enjoyed it better if they actually had good sides. The steak fries were good but lacked seasoning, and the mashedpotatoes with brown gravy had 0 flavor. I will give them the Mac n cheese. I felt they were being stingy with the portions butas I finished eating everything it ended up being just the right amount of everything to fill me up. The corn bread sucks. Ialso got the watermelon lemonade half gallon. Definitely not worth the price but still yummy. Never getting it again tho. Justnot worth how much they charge you. Excited to try the country fried steak next but we?ll see cause it doesn?t have brown gravyon it. Read more

My first time at Cracker Barrel as my husband just got deployed back to the states. We had my inlaws visiting from minesotta for... the 4th of July so was a busy time so we choose this place to have a big family lunch. We got in was 8 of us and we shopped abit before we were called to our table. As it was a big group we had 2 servers. The server on the right wasn't very friendly atall kept rushing us to order and ask my husband whose nearly 50 for ID, I didn't have my passport on me as I don't walk aroundwith my passport but had a copy of passport and British drivers licence on my documents wallet on my phone and she wouldn'taccept it. So I got a fruit drink as didn't want to make a fuss, she kept asking what we wanted and just kept rushing us and Ifelt so pressured as I wanted to go through the menu as I knew none of the food on it. Anyways we all ordered, the good came andit was very delicious but we hated being rushed to order and they missed out on quite a bit of business it made an atmosphereand everyone just wanted to leave, plus because of how I was spoken to my in laws decided not to order a drink or desserts. I'mnot a complainer but customers pay staffs wages and the way you treat a customer and speak to them will determine if they returnor if they recommend anyone. A group of 8 with this experience left a bad experience for us which wasn't great. I also felt likebecause I'm British she spoke to me standoffish compared to my husband and inlaws who are American. We frequent this cracker barrel in Wichita Falls regularly. The evening manager is the best! And well, tonight was a new... experience! Ok here are the Stuffed Strawberry Cheesecake Pancakes that are new on the menu. GO GET THEM!! Read more

The food was pretty good. I would pass on the pancakes but the other breakfast stuff was good. Our server Betty was the BEST.... She made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us multiple times. Such a nice lady. Read more

This was my very first time actually dinning in a cracker barrel in my life...the store was cute, and clean.upon arrival we were... 1 out of maybe 8 tables seated in the entire dining room.Our server was nice.the food took a long time to come out...we orderedpancakes and sausage and french toast with turkey sausage and eggs.By presentation the food seemed great! My pancakes andsausage were delicious. Meanwhile my friend was not so lucky with the French toast,egg and turkey sausage.He simply stated theeggs were UNDER cooked and the toast was too hard. We brought THE UNDERCOOKED egg to our servers attention,she quicklyapologized and told us she would bring him some more eggs.Our server returned minutes later and told us that she had more eggscoming and requested that he put the UNDER COOKED eggs on a separate plate that she gave him.He did wat she requested and ourserver came back to the table collected the UNDERCOOKED eggs and took them back in the kitchen... MINUTES later she came backwith and order of eggs that were at least scrambled well this time...needless to say my friend tasted the eggs and he wascertain that the eggs were the same and still improperly cooked! By that time his french toast was so hard that if u threw it,itcould have served as a mini frezzby. Another great Cracker Barrel here in Wichita Falls! Interesting shop with so many items to warm your heart without breaking your... wallet. Delicious comfort foods to warm your stomach. And servers with beautiful smiles and great attitude to warm your heart aswell tending to your table. We came hungry and tired after a long day, then left feeling all relaxed. Read more
