The morning crew is so amazing. They are always so polite and respectful which means alot these days (specially in customer... service) they always have my order hot and fresh and are careful to get it right. That's important to me personally being I havefood allergies. This is my Wendy's for sure! Read more
Every Sunday we grab something for breakfast.. usually Wendy's by my house.. I get the chicken bacon .. the chicken was old n... the bacon to crispy.. usually only the manager is working no one else shows...at least then it's hot n fresh. Fast friendly service at drive thru. This is one of the few places you can go and not have to check your sack to make sure... everything is in there. I did try the oatmeal bar for the first time and it was absolutely delicious. I wish I'd gotten two ofthem! Read more
The food was fresh, the lobby was empty on a Saturday afternoon, but with the pandemic going that's completely understandable.... The employees were very friendly and courteous, a girl came to clean up two tables that my family and I were using. Read more
Worst experience I've had with a fast food service in years !! First they messed up my order and charged me for something I... didn't receive and when I went back to politely complain and try and resolve the issue, the self proclaimed "manager" James wasrude beyond belief and cussed me out while calling me a liar !!! The younger me would have snatched him across the counter, butthankfully times have changed and instead I'm writing this review to warn of the bad service at this location. Plus to top itoff, when I complained to Wendy's corporate office, they never reached out to me ! Dave is rolling in his grave if he knowswhat's going on at the Broadway location.. I had more photos, but it looks like they got deleted. ???? Regardless, it's not like all the burgers look too unsimilar. I... ordered a Dave's Single, Baconator, and large fries. The Dave's Single was really good, though really it tastes like a higherquality McDonald's cheeseburger. I would rather choose value over the higher quality though. The Baconator also needed someadditional seasoning. I don't know if it's my taste buds or if something's changed, but I used to love this burger more. Lastly,the fries also could have benefitted from more salt. Wendy's has a wide variety of options on their menu so I guess there may bebetter options out there. If that's the case, the review might get a better score. Other than the food, service was good andquick, I didn't have any issues. Cashier was friendly. No issues with the actual location. Read more
