Service was sooo slow, the young man that was working the counter was not very courteous and gave not only me but others behind... me the impression that he didn't want to be there. Absolutely terrible the place normally is very very slow but the food is normally good but more importantly your hours are open... till 12:00 a.m. I arrived at 12:53 a.m. and they could not help me because they were closed 7 minutes is 7 minutes your hourssay till 12:00 a.m. you should be open till 12:00 a.m. but this is not the first problem I've had with this location half thetime I go through there or order from there on an app I don't get the majority of my order I guess the main thing I have to sayis if you're going to eat at this location make sure they're open and make sure you get there plenty of time before they saythey close because they obviously are open from the time that the advertisements the website and actually Wendy's bylaws saythey're open last time I will ever eat at this Wendy's location I am going to literally Drive a mile and a half farther to eatat the other one and I was thinking I was a little hard but then I looked at the Google reviews and they were only at a 3.5 soI'm not the only one thinking this place needs Improvement Read more
Always good cheeseburgers! Their fries are good as well. I love their chili. You can get a huge family size chili for only $9.99... I always ask for crackers and their hot spicy chili sauce. Unprofessional crew, i placed a mobile order and was told to pull forward while order was prepared. Waited 15 mins, and only... half of my order was received. Lobby was already closed, so went right around to drive thru again, let them know i was missing 2biggie bags, 2 drinks, and was told we don't have any more coffee, i can't just make a big pot and can't refund for mobileorder. Just witnessed the manager lock the doors to the dining room at 8:30pm when two teenagers were approaching. He claimed the... dining room was closed, even though there were others inside and it was supposed to be open for another 30 minutes. The managertold the teenagers to walk through the drive through line if they wanted food. I?m sure that?s against Wendy?s safetyregulations, and closing the dining room 30 minutes early in the face of two kids who just walked quite a ways to eat wasextremely unprofessional. Read more
Update: The fries taste better since they made the commercials saying better fries again! We love Wendy's but ever since they... remodeled this location the Fries are terrible! I don't know if they got new fryers, different oil or the fries themselves havechanged but they are not good. The other food is great still, we usually get burgers or chicken nuggets. We haven't been toother locations since this one remodeled so not sure if other locations fries are the same or not. Service is friendly andgenerally quick, every once in a while it's slow or I have to pull forward for a wait on nuggets which is fine because I'drather get fresh food than stale, old food. Read more
