There was a line clear around the building so we decided to go in thinking it would be quicker. I know they were busy as hell... but we had 2 people in front of us with 3 item orders. Seems like they had a bunch of new people and they did not know how tohandle themselves in front of customers. The gal running the drive through must have been the manager and the look in her facewas like " Please just let this night be over"...all while keeping her composure and trying to do a million things at once. Thefood quality was not it's usual standard on top of taking almost 38 minutes to get our 7 item order. Very disappointed in thislocation... Read more
Tried going to Taco Shop tonight. They closed at 10. Kid came out and asked us to say we were last in line when we got to the... speaker. There was a black pickup in line behind us at the time. Heard them asking cars ahead of us if they were the whitetruck. The car 2 cars ahead of us left. We got to the speaker, still prior to 10:00, and they asked if we were the white truck.I asked what it mattered bc they weren?t closed and if they were going to serve the only vehicle behind us that was in line atthe same time as is. Total silence? I said cancel my order, I?ll get food elsewhere. We left and so did the truck behind us.Forgot to mention after the kid came out and told us to say we were last in line when we got to the speaker I got out and toldthe truck behind is. Didn?t know until later that he identified us as the white truck. Terrible customer service. If theyweren?t going to serve the vehicle behind us, why not tell them tater than let them sit in line for 20 minutes to refuseservice? Big fail, I won?t be returning. Read more
Always delicious. Out family loves fast food tacos and Taco Shop is our go to. The only draw back is there is always a long... line/wait. But that's good - they're always busy! The staff are nice and friendly even during the busiest times and the food isalways hot and they've never yet messed up an order. Read more
Good, cheap food! 12 packs of tacos only $10, they go a long way and satisfy the fam. They also have daily specials and really... good mild and hot sauce. There are a lot of items that can accommodate vegetarians as well. Read more
Very disappointed. This was our order tonight. All were supposed to have sour cream. One little spurt on one. We were asked if... we needed sauce. Got how with $23 worth of tacos and no hot sauce. Called the store talked to the shift lead or the manager onduty. He was less than receptive. Taco shop is usually one of my favorite places to eat. After several of our last visits we aredone purchasing food from here unless this is made right. Read more
We just left there. They were so so busy! But honestly for as busy as they were and as large of an order we had (4 party packs... and two burgers) they did a great job of getting us our food fast friendly and hot! Super pleased! Read more
