DO NOT GO HERE. They are NEVER open the times they say they're going to be. Every morning I've been here they either never... respond when I'm in the drive through or they "don't have certain items in" so they can only make the easy items... but thishappens ALL THE TIME so im pretty sure they're just lazy and lying about what they have. This morning I sat in drive throughfor 10mins and asked to order a bunch of times (while there was clearly a workers car out front) then another worker pulled up(clearly saw me sitting in the drive through) she went inside and I sat there another 10mins waiting for someone to take myorder and they NEVER did. So I left and went all the way across town to another one... I don't usually leave reviews but thiswas so unprofessional. Couldn't even tell me "one moment while we get things ready." They just straight up ignored me. Also, ifit says it open online then shouldn't they get there before its supposed to open and get things ready? Read more
Taco Bell is usually a reliable food option for my family if we are in a hurry and looking for something affordable. This... location however was the worst fast food experience I can remember. We ordered at the kiosk and paid at the counter. Theemployee that took our money was unfriendly and unprofessional. He and his coworkers laughed as he made disrespectful commentsabout our clothing and tattoos in Spanish (no doubt assuming two white patrons couldn't possibly be bilingual). It took morethan 20 minutes to prepare the order, which at any other location takes about 5. Being the only customers in line, I watchedthe order prepared. I saw the same employee lean forward as if to smell our food. At the thought of our lunch now includingsaliva I began to see red. Luckily my wife saw it too and before I could react she calmly whispered in my ear saying "it's notworth the $30 or the aggravated battery charge". We came for breakfast. When we pulled up there were 3 employees outside smoking. And when we pull up to the drive through we sat... for 5 minutes waiting and they ignored us. This is why people are mean to fast food workers. Read more
I have had a problem every time I've been to this location. Most recently, their grill wasn't working so I was unable to get... several items from my order. Problems before today have generally been items missing from my order and items being out of stock.I have litterally never gotten my entire complete order from this location, which is irritating because it is the closest TacoBell to my house. Hours start at 7am but hardly ever open at that time. On more than one occasion, was told could not take orders due to Doordash... or other online food delivery services. I understand the times not available to take orders when the power is out or othercircumstances, but when you are open, during your posted business hours, you probably should be able to take my order. This Taco Bell is the worst one I have ever visited. They Always have an issue from their machines being broken, being out of... certain foods or getting the orders wrong every time or the staff being rude. Yesterday was my last ever visit as again theirmachine was broken to take cards as payment. Do they need a better manager to get these things fixed or replaced?! I don't knowbut they are a very bad example for this franchise and Taco Bell should do something about it to fix the issues. Read more
Ordered a crunch wrap, 3 loco tacos, burrito supreme, the crunch wrap had NO crunch an maybe a tablespoon of meat, two tacos had... very little meat, 1 actually had NO meat, the burrito supreme was cold. So if you want a vegetarian style taco or crunch wrapthis is the place for you. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Read more
