I ordered 2 tacos at 1.59 and a water. The bill was over $5. Said "no thank you" and left .
Worst food EVER!!! The owner makes the food her own way, which is awful! I called and complained and asked for a refund and she... refused. I brought back the terrible food and she gave me something else which looked disgusting. She didn't speak much Englishand had terrible communication skills. East Kellogg location near Lowe's. Trash. Not worth it. Go somewhere else. The drive thru female employee was yelling at another employee inside the restaurant... after we pulled up. After an abnormally long wait, we received our order. After we pulled away, we realized our order was wrong.The lobby was locked up early, before the posted close time of 9PM, so we had to drive back through the drive thru. A femaleemployee had the other part of our order waiting in a bag as we pulled up. After we pulled away, we realized another part of ourorder was wrong, but we did not feel like dealing with more unprofessional staff again. The employees don't seem to care abouttheir job. They appeared to be socializing more than working. The food was dry, and barely edible. This restaurant and it'semployees are trash. Go elsewhere. Read more
Worst Taco Bell ever. Dude took my order wrong, and I couldn't understand him. They were also out of all sodas. Got to window... and she had to fix my order. I got my food, then got back to work and I found I was given the complete wrong order. Embarrassing! Read more

We went through the drive thru today. Had a coupon for 2 Beef tacos for 99 cent. UNLIMITED was printed on it in bold black... letters. In smaller print it read it couldn't be used with any other promotions and one coupon per customer. And it couldn'tbe used for chicken or steak. So we ordered 12 beef tacos. The boy taking the order kept saying "You want 2 tacos plus another10?". We told him 3 times we wanted 12 total at the coupon price which would make it $5.94 + tax. When we got to the window hesaid first order for 2 tacos and second order for 10. We handed him the coupon and said we wanted 12 tacos on that coupon. Thecoupon said unlimited. He said we could only get 2 because it was a limit of 2. It said UNLIMITED I told him. NO WHERE on thecoupon did it say anything about being a limit of 2. He kept saying it was a limit of 2. I was getting angry by this time buthe insisted it said there was a limit of 2. I was about to ask for the manager to show me where on the coupon there was a limitbut my driver was angry too so he just said forget it and drove away. I wish we were able to get the coupon back but we didn't. We will NEVER go to this Taco Bell again and probably to no other one as well. And I will let everyone I know and on socialmedia that Taco Bell does NOT honor their coupons!! If there was a way to give a negative star I would. Read more
