Would actually rate 0/10. Every time we have gone, LONG wait. Tonight 45 minutes sitting in line, couldn?t get out of line so we... had to sit and wait anyways. get home and food is soggy. as always. half the time order is wrong and not supreme tacos. cashierwho works nights majority of the time, should not work there. who has like 3 people working on a friday night??? i could?ve goneto a different taco bell and home by the time we got our food here at west and maple location. disappointed. Lobby was closed due to lack of staff said they had permission by corporate yet when I called they did not.. the 2 people who... are staff refused to answer phone and ran back in side when I said I called corporate.... They can't operate drive and lobby atthe same time. Read more
4 stas on food only because the 5 later burritos I got in my pack had all the cold stuff on one end and hot on the other. So u... get all meat then your last bites were basically just sourceeam. Overall very fresh and was yummy ???????? Read more
I had done a mobile order to save time but had to wait in an extremely long drive through line at 8pm because they had the doors... closed. No one apologized for the inconvenience, and then they didn't put the sauce on our order. Meh. And I was so excited forthe Mexican pizza!! Read more
This Taco Bell was the main thing getting me through the spring semester. Great service every time I go, and the wait times are... pretty good. I always order online, and if they're ever out of something, they offer a fair substitute. I go to this locationoften since it's close to my college campus, and I've always had positive experiences here. I like ordering the $5 box so I haveenough food for lunch and dinner, and both meals I get out of it taste great. Read more
The food is very good and easy to eat after dental work. I had three teeth pulled and wanted something other than soup and jello... and sweet stuff so my husband took me to Taco Bell because he thought I would be able to eat a bean and cheese burrito. Sat forever in drive thru while music was blaring, and the music was full of profanity. Then some guy was sitting on the counter... singing and playing air guitar. Looked pretty grungy. Definitely not professional. Where was the manager??? Read more
