Went thru this Subway at Harry and Webb and ordered a 6" Italian BMT on Flatbread. Had to repeat the order. Had to repeat the... bread. Then was asked "On white bread??" (Wasn't aware you even have white bread.) "No, FLAT.... FLATBREAD please." "OK.And what kind of meat?" "Um, I ordered Italian BMT" Ok, I got the Italian BMT...not much meat, but it's a BMT. Workers were nice but guy fixing sandwich moved very slow. Used to seeing Subway workers move alot faster. Place was a little... hot inside. But overall good place to eat. Read more
Looks like there was a facelift, but there are some obvious issues needing addressed. The soda fountain was full of ants we... reported and were given the response ?we know? and still were allowing people to use it?. Otherwise just like any other Subway. Read more
I ordered a #5, they only asked what cheese I wanted and if I wanted it toasted. They also told me they had no ham to put on my... sandwich. My husband ordered a #9, they asked him what veggies and sauces. They asked again for his sandwich ( we askedwhich one ) what veggies. When we went to the window we asked if the veggies and sauce for his sandwich was also on mysandwich and they lied and said no. We got home and yes they had put the same on both, yuck ???? veggies and sauce I don'tlike !!! $25 later and not what I wanted. We had gone to that Subway on Webb Road before and we sat there waiting for 5minutes and we could hear them talking and playing around, so we left, wish we had done that this time. Read more
Employees are nice but the lack of them and their menu is very disappointing. Took me twenty five minutes to get my six inch... sandwich, and there were only two cars ahead of me. Will not be going back to this subway. Read more
My visit to Subway was very good! The Subway employee was very friendly and courteous! He was very helpful with the orders he... was given. I have gone to this location probably 10 times so far. Sometimes things are speedy, sometimes on the slower end in terms of the... time it takes to make my sandwich, but always, this establishment makes me feel like I am a valued customer and I continuecoming back for that reason. The African American young man that works there has probably the best customer service I have everhad in a restaurant before! Read more
They need more staff, better equipment and a leader if your headset doesn't work, why is the go to not "Pleaae pull forward and... I can take your order at thw window?" Why must I now be inconvenienced with coming inside as the only option? Read more
