Our family of four had only a short time for lunch & opted to skip the drive-thru to be sure our order was correct. We went in... the dining room & after observing the self-order kiosk, opted to order from a "sandwich artist" to save time. The young man toldus to just use the kiosk & refused to take our order. He was fast enough making the sandwiches that I might have overlooked hisrudeness, but when the sandwiches came out, two out of them were made incorrectly. What's the point of entering your entireorder to have it left unread? Also, the kiosk asks the customer to choose their beverage & side, but you still have to get bothby yourself -not time efficient & uneccessary. Awful experience, waited 15-20mins for our food. If you?re in a hurry don?t come here.. way toooo slow.
New order machines make your order not the way you like it. I asked for light mayo and they put extra on it, it was so messy... wasn't worth the money anymore. Read more
This is by far the slowest and worst drive through experience I?ve had. The touch screen you order your food with is difficult... to use if you want to customize anything on your order, which is the whole purpose behind a Subway style restaurant. Afterwaiting in line for over 30 min in the drive through when I got to the window the person didn?t even apologize for the wait. Iwill never go back to this Subway again possibly any Subway for that matter and I highly recommend others avoid this place aswell. Read more
The new screen order system is abyssmal. I typically get two different cheeses and put my onions between the cheese before extra... toasting my sandwhich. Cant do that anymore. System probably works fine for basic stuff, but its not what subway was known forof it having it your way. Read more
New order system is horrible. They are standing there and won?t talk to you, you have to use a touch screen that doesn?t get you... all the options. Menu is not structured well in the touch screen system. I started asking if I could edit stuff, she looks atme and states, ?you have to use the screen??. But then I start taking to her her as she is making it for more/less for toppingsand she basically then asks me each item as though we were ordering the old way?. So?. You just wasted 5 min of my time tryingto figure out that ?wrap? doesn?t have a section? it?s under Sandwiches and then you can select wrap?. The whole point ofwalking into Subway and ordering a sandwich is the ability to sit there and custom make a sandwich. To be fair, I do not knowhow long subway has had this touchscreen in place here at this location because I haven?t been here in probably 6 to 9 months?it will probably be that long or longer before I am back.
