I have been a regular customer at this specific Subway location for six years and I have never experienced such poor customer... service as I did today, 3/6/2021 at 2 pm. The young man working was trying to be so helpful and I appreciate that. The younglady, however, was extremely rude and confrontational. I was with my husband and two twelve years old daughters. There is a woman who works here and has a terrible attitude towards customers. Yesterday, she was not wearing a mask, while... serving others. She also does not replace her gloves after handling the register or other people's food. I will say, even thoughshe got my order wrong (I didn't correct her because I didn't want to deal with her attitude), the sandwich still tasted good. Ihave contacted Subway about this store. The sandwich I ordered was good, however I was the only person standing at the counter and both employees seemed very... inconvenienced that I was there. It was a quick hand me the money and shoo out the door situation, which I felt was kind of rudeand a little awkward for me. One staff member(a 30 something woman with tattoos) gives us bad service each time we come in. Each time she has a major... attitude and doesn?t greet us either. Last two visits we have waited several minutes to appear from the back and when she doesshe appears to be upset having to put gloves on and come up front.
