Very good sandwiches. They were busy but very apologetic about it. No problem to me as I understand. Very great staff.

Went through the drive thru and used the touch screen. Was ordering sandwich?s for my 6 year old grandson and granddaughter. ... Apparently we took to long and the employee said I had timed out and would have to come inside to order. I said no I don?t andwe went to Jimmie Johns where we were able to place our order at the window and they were so kind and courteous. I think Subwayneeds to make some changes to be more customer oriented. Read more

This franchise owner is the worst I have ever come across. Wonder why EVERY Subway in KS sucks? The franchise owner. We travel... quite a bit and there is a huge difference in quality as soon as you get out of KS. Here the bread is stale, veggies way expiredas.in lettuce brown, tomatoes mushy, spinach wilted. Heck this franchise won't even provide light mayo which is available EVERYplace else I have been to but KS. Seriously Subway needs to have secret shoppers come to KS. Read more

We ordered food for 9 adults and 6 children. There was an order limit, so we had to place two orders. Totally fine. When we got... there, they brought us a big bag that had two things from the order that I thought wasn?t ready yet, so I tried asking if it wasboth orders. The person who brought our food was confused and mumbled a response. I didn?t mind, just wanted to make sure wewere still supposed to wait on the second order. She came out again, told us the other wasn?t ready, and then I got notified itwas. When she brought the 2nd bag, she made the point to tell me they put a limit on orders because it backs them up. So I guesswe broke the rules? I felt like she was annoyed from the beginning, not important as a customer, and like they didn?t reallywant our business. I mean next time, we could bring in all 15 people?I really think that would back them up much more so thantwo online orders. I?m sorry we were such a burden! Read more

So at 10:30 in the morning this place looked like it had dirty floors/tables from lunch and dinner the day before. The... sandwiches were fine, but the place was disgusting. Instead of cleaning the tables and floors, one of the employees was playingon her phone. There was no one in there except for us. They had plenty of time to do basic cleaning. We had to wipe a table offso we could eat since there weren't any clean ones in the entire place. Read more
