Ordered a strawberry Frappuccino it would have been good without coffee flavor with it it made me sick as a dog my daughter ... who likes coffee even refused to drink it saying it was nasty so please throughly clean your machine you ruined it for me andsince then I'm not wasting 7 plus dollars to induce vomiting. Not worth it in my book...I had them there before and was ok butwhen you specifically specified you hate coffee with order that's a hint clean the dam machine ???? here's your sign youmight not be the sharpest tool in the shed ???? ???? like duh....can't be more obvious if ya try but next time it happens I'll drive back make that person drink it and puke their guts out then I bet they won't forget to clean out machine again... I will not be back....not worth it if I wanted to puke ild drink a budlight ty very much. I get this is teenage staffgenerally and not alot of thought process entailed but if someone tells you they don't drink coffee then yeah might want toensure there's no coffee on or in it but we both were sick. Never ever again only thing worse was sonic as a child used soapinstead of syrup on a cherry slushy and I got really sick too so with food you should have precautions anyhow.... but notgoing back to Starbucks anytime soon it's ok I don't need wasted calories anyhow.... The Americano?s are not good at this location. Tried them several times and they always taste weak and are somehow made... different. This is the only Starbucks where I?ve had a bad Americano. Read more
Horrible service!They are so slow! It's every single time we go. Today I ordered 2 drinks and they came out 7 minutes apart.... Love me some Scooters and Dutch Bros. Done with Starbucks. I?ve enjoyed the drinks and service every time I?ve been to this Starbucks. The staff members who work the drive-thru are always... friendly, recognize regulars, and the service is quick. They stop and chit chat, ask how your day is going, etc. It?s reallynice to start your morning off with friendly and kind people, and good coffee! Read more
This place needs to be audited by upper management. When I ordered mocha, price was higher than usual, so when I check my... receipt, there was triple shots were added to my order which I did not ask for. I wonder how many customers have been affectedby this in the past. Read more
