Unfortunately had the worst experience at the Spangles on central and Woodlawn. Went through the drive through. Female employee... very unfriendly. Had to repeat order three times after waiting for several minutes. Restaurant empty. One car in drive thru.Once I reached the window was told to pull forward and they would bring my food to me. Rude girl came out saying she charged thewrong order to my card. No apology ! Clearly could care less about her job. She took my card to recharge it correctly. I choseto go into the store to verify what was being done with my card. The manager on staff, Dan, was nice enough but could not offerme any receipt showing they had cancelled the incorrect charge on my card. Again, no apology. If they were busy I completelywould understand. Terrible service. Read more

Very poor quality, the tater tots were old and reheated in the bowls I got and they said to pull forward so they could make... fresh ones. The sausage bowl was better of the two but the bacon bowl was a sad bowl. Very few eggs maybe 2 1/2 tbs and theburnt greasy tater tots that were reheated from the night before were in both bowls. I sat there for 10 minutes to get myorder, so when does it take 10 minutes to cook fresh tater tots? I wish I could send you a pic if this bowl. You seem to bemore interested in serving hard liquor out your windows then quality food. Read more
I had some of the best experience. The shift manager took our order. She brought it to us and asked us if we needed anything... else and even made sure our food was right. She went above and beyond her job title to make sure my family was taken care of. Read more
The Spangles nearest my.house has the poorest customer service . So instead of frustrating/annoying myself dealing with those... employees this morning I went a little.out of my way to a different spangles. The spangles that sits at the corner of Woodlawnand Central were amazing! The person taking my order was so friendly and listened to my.ordwe until I was finished talkingwithout talking over me or trying to rush. I asked for fries with my breakfast sandwich instead of hashbrowns and they were morethan willing to do so. I wish I could thank EVERYONE that was working that morning Keep up the good work guys???? Very interesting! This is my first time here and the menu looks inviting! The 50's and 60's theme was "refreshing" if that's... even possible... but i loved it! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable (I did need help in what's available or what's thedifference between items.) Read more
