I order on the app routinely, and arrive at a stall, input my stall number so they know I've arrived. They will immediately... clock out my order (telling me it's on the way) and make me wait another 10 minutes before actually bringing me my order. Thishas happened at several sonic's in the area. I've even had to hit the button more than once just to get them to remember I waswaiting. They're just trying to save their average time per order so they look better for their bosses. Read more
They were good they were fast, but my family was so slow! They were trying to use the app so they could get the happy hour... prices or something. Everybody was really hungry and in a bad mood and seeing hurry up and Dad had to take 25 minutes trying toget the app and order it and then he was supposed to sign in and then he lost everything and he had to order it again and it wascrazy! So we were relieved when the food came right out. We enjoyed it especially the cool things in a hot summer day. Read more
Well, usually food quality is decent at this location. This time I think only two pieces of my large order of sauced jumbo... popcorn chicken were larger than a tater tot (picture for reference). And needless to say the rest had no actual chicken inthem... Just sauced pieces of breading. Everything else was obviously old or stale. For an order picked up at 6 pm, I wouldexpect fresh food. Always ridiculously slow for 'fast food' and there's always at least one thing wrong with my order. Mix your shakes properly. A... chocolate shake shouldn't be off white with a bunch of syrup at the bottom. Straight laziness. Burger was burnt and the bun wasextremely burnt. Normally have a decent experience at this location. But tonight we got two sonic blasts. Started eating them and they were super... grainy. Went back and told them and they said "yeah we probably need to clean our machines." Yikes! That is gross. Machinesshould be cleaned daily. Luckily we got our money back but feeling disgusted that we ate ice cream from a machine that theyadmitted needed to be cleaned. Read more
